- THe most helpful daily diet log I really love this little book. It has plenty of room on the two-page spread for me to write my food journal as well as my workouts. I've looked at different daily logs and what really makes this one stand out, is that there is room for your weight training routine, your cardio workouts, and another section for "other" exercise (i.e gardening or something like that.) It also has room for all of your meals with calories AND protien, fat and carb info. And it has small check boxed to help you remember your water intake! If there is one drawback, it's simply that there is so much room to log things about your day, that I can sometimes spend a little too much time working on my daily log! ;)
I've purchased two of these and I will continue to use and purchase them as I feel like it helps me stay on track with my diet and exercise goals.
- This Journal Has Everything In It!! I have previously owned this journal and filled up the pages, and so that is why I bought 2 more of these journals. It helps me stay on track with my exercises and my meals through out the day. It even has a spot on the pages for reminders, supplements, how you would rate your day, concerns/comments/mood, cardio, strength training, water intake, and other exercises. There are pages for your weekly goals and a page where it asks for your beginning weight and measurements and your ending weight and measurements. I will buy this journal again.
- for the serious trainer Great book but I won't be doing 4 sets every day so a lot of wasted recording space for me. I bought diet minder also and prefer that book for entering info. I really think one book would be effective for both - I tend to leave one book on the kitchen counter and one in my gym bag and when I'm on the go , I wish I had remembered the one on the kitchen counter.
- Plan Your Days when you see what you've done you'll know where your going, this journal will help you on your weightloss journey and knowing you have to write it down will curb your eating way too many calories per meal. Write it down!!!
- Awesome journal for tracking your workouts! My friend who is a personal trainer bought one of these for me to track my workouts and I liked it so much that I bought two more for myself and one for a gift for my workout partner!!! Definitely useful.
